Are containment pans/trays required for portable restrooms?

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires the use of containment trays. These trays, sometimes called pans, are placed snugly under the unit to keep the ground dry and to prevent contamination.

How much does it cost to buy portable restrooms?
