FAQs About Tanks
Our tank selection has solutions tailored to a wide variety of jobs, including manufacturing, agricultural and oil field applications. Our tanks are commonly used in liquid and vapor containment near rivers, lakes, bays and urban areas; on drilling sites to capture fluids, sand and sediment from frack flowback operations; or at refineries, chemical facilities and wastewater treatment plants. Our inventory includes gas buster frac tanks, commonly used in drilling work, and upright cone bottom tanks, used to efficiently drain fluids. For jobsites near or on environmentally sensitive areas (ESAs) such as rivers, lakes or bays, double-skinned tanks are recommended to contain liquids and vapors. The open area between the walls (interstitial area) will contain leakage from the primary (inner) wall should any leakage occur. This will prevent harmful substances from leaking into the environment. Frac tanks are heavy-duty steel containers most often used in fracking operations within the oil and gas industry. Frac tanks streamline cleanout, reduce wastewater and simplify sampling by storing hazardous and nonhazardous materials until disposal. The tanks keep these materials away from contaminants and the elements. We offer compact mini frac tanks for smaller jobsites and larger frac tanks like this 21,000 gallon gas buster frac tank for more complex operations.
