Motor dirt graders come in two distinct types based on their frame configuration. The rigid frame type features a single axle and cannot pivot in both directions around a point. In contrast, the articulated frame type includes a hinge connecting the two axles, enabling it to maneuver more effectively in tight spaces. This unique characteristic makes the articulated frame motor grader optimal for jobs requiring flexibility and precise turning capabilities.
