We offer both diesel and electric driven centrifugal pumps. Case study - Hydro test at a Tank Terminal

Like in many industries, our customer performed a complete safety and quality review of several large storage tanks within there Tank Terminal. After a complete review and performed maintenance effort, the integrity of the tanks had to be checked and approved by a Hydrotest.

Diesel driven pumps: ideal for industrial environments

We offer diesel driven centrifugal pumps in both lower and higher pressure ranges to provide the versatility for many industrial applications, specifically when electrical power is not available. Due to their large free passage, the pumps are highly suitable for projects that require pumping of fluids such as drilling mud, sewage water or contaminated waste water. All pumps are equipped with enhanced safety features including a Chalwyn valve, spark arrester, emergency stop switch and automatic level control.

For projects involving aggressive or corrosive chemical fluids, the pumps are available in stainless steel. The 4” pumps have a maximum capacity of 150 m³/h, a maximum head of 18.5 m and are highly fuel-efficient. The 6” pumps have a maximum capacity of 475 m³/h and a maximum head of 37 m.

For challenges which require a high flow and high head we can provide our 4” diesel driven High Head pumps. These pumps are constructed from stainless steel to handle a wide range of chemicals and offer a maximum capacity of 250 m³/h and a maximum head of 137 m.

Electric driven pumps: ATEX zone 1 approved

Baker electric centrifugal pumps are designed for similar applications as our diesel pump line, but are often used in environments with easy access to electrical power. All electric pumps are fully ATEX approved, and equipped with emergency stop switches and automatic level controls.

For projects involving aggressive and corrosive chemical liquids, our electric pumps are also available in a stainless steel version. Our 4” pumps have a maximum capacity of 130 m³/h and a maximum head of 15 m. Our 6” pumps have a maximum capacity of 430 m³/h and a maximum head of 24 m.
