On-site hydro test water filtration
The ability to engineer, mobilize, and setup a single-source on-site hydro test dewatering system when and where it was needed allowed a Central Texas pipeline project to stay on schedule.
United Rentals Fluid Solutions utilized containment, transfer, and treatment fleet putting multiple frac tanks, high and low pressure pumps, specialty media filtration equipment, 20,000 lbs of filter carbon, and all the necessary interconnects on-site quickly and safely. The system effectively treated over two million gallons of hydro test water at flow rates up to 500 GPM while treating a range of constituents including BTEX (Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Xylene), oil and grease, and sediments.
