Upon successful completion, our Warehouse Lift Truck Authorized Instructor Program will enable instructors to certify operators on seven types of commonly used lift trucks in the warehouse industry. Our Train the Trainer program is not make or model specific, and covers concepts common to Class 1 counterbalanced lift trucks, class 2 narrow aisle lift trucks & class 3 powered pallet jacks. 

Training Topics

As an extension to the Operator Certification program, the Train-the-Trainer curriculum is a proven method to start your in-house operator safety training programs. Competent trainees will learn:

• How to communicate classroom theory concepts
• How to deliver a proven operator program
• Methods to coach new operators
• Techniques to evaluate their performance and precise training record management procedures

Successful attendees will receive a certificate of completion and Authorized Instructor wallet card.
