Frequently Asked Questions about United Academy
Click on the Sign In/Register button on the top right corner. If you have a United Rentals account, use the same username and password that you use on the other platforms.
If you do not have an existing United Rentals account, click the Create Profile button on the right-hand side and fill out the necessary fields to create an account.
From the drop down arrow next to your name, click on Profile. Under the Learner profile section, click the Create Learner Profile button.
On the top header bar, to the left of the site language selection, there is a link to Select an Account. Click the link to change or add an account.
Once you’re logged in, click on the dropdown next to your name and select Profile. Under the Learner Profile section, click the button that says Upgrade to Manager.
From the Train page, click the Launch Training button.
Your enrollments will be displayed under My Programs or My Enrollments. Click the View Registered Courses hyperlink to expand the class details and scroll down to click the Launch button.
Once you’re logged in, click on the dropdown next to your name and select Training Credentials. Click on the button that says My Training Profile to see your active certifications.
Click on the dropdown next to your name and select Manage Users. The list of users you manage will be displayed. Click the View button next to the selected user to display their Training Profile.

Once you’re logged in, click on the dropdown next to your name and select Training Credentials. Click on the button that says My Training Profile.
From your Completed trainings, click on View to download your certificate and temporary wallet card.
*Note – the wallet card is the same for all of your completed trainings. When scanned, the wallet card will display all of your active certifications.
Step 1: Find the class you want from the course catalog and click to view the course details
Step 2: Choose one of our upcoming available sessions. You can filter offerings by date or location.
*Can't find a session that will work for you? Proceed to step 3 without making a selection.
Step 3: Click the Request Information button and fill out the contact information form. One of our Training Experts will get in touch to process the order.
When you are viewing the course catalog by category or training topic, you can click on Set Location on the left-hand side to enter your location.
On the top header bar, there is a language dropdown to the left of the Sign In/Register button. Click the dropdown to choose the site language.
When you are viewing the course catalog by category or training topic, you can use the currency filter on the left-hand side to display pricing in USD or CAD.
