This virtual classroom training is designed to enhance the skills of the previously trained operator. It reviews the information originally provided and retests to ensure understanding. Operator skills will be evaluated using industry standards. The training is not make or model specific but covers concepts common to most types of narrow aisle forklifts. 

Training Topics

Upon completion of this training program, you will be knowledgeable and demonstrate proficiency in:

• Narrow aisle forklift basics
• Rules and regulations
• Types
• Main parts and their functions
• Safety systems
• Pre-use inspection
• Safe operating procedures
• Limitations
• Hazards and controls

Training requirements are: access to a computer, connection to the internet, and a basic knowledge of computers. This training must be successfully completed to attend the Practical Evaluation Program. A minimum of 70% is required to pass the theory test.

A web camera and functioning scanner are required for participation. A hands free device for your phone is highly suggested.
