This training is designed to enhance the skills of the previously trained operator. It reviews the information originally provided and re-tests to ensure understanding. A written test and practical evaluation are included in the training. Operator skills will be evaluated using industry standards. The training is not make or model specific but covers concepts common to most types of narrow aisle forklifts.

Upon completion of this training program, you will be knowledgeable and demonstrate proficiency in:

• Main parts and their functions
• Safety systems
• Pre-use inspection
• Safe operating procedures
• Limitations
• Hazards and controls

This training program focuses on the needs of the “end user”, and upon successful completion, will provide an updated operator's certificate for each piece of equipment and a wallet card.

A minimum of 70% is required to pass the theory test.
