    Urban Nature
Stapleton Modular Visitor Center Attracts Buyers and Saves Money

Our customer needed a visually striking visitor center to attract prospective buyers to their site, so we delivered this eye-catching commercial modular building. The unique prefab commercial building features an open interior with glass storefront doors and a brightly painted multicolored exterior. This modern commercial building is flooded with natural light thanks to its large windows, illuminating the wood flooring and exposed rafter ceiling. The interior includes a kitchen area, two handicap-accessible restrooms, an office and a storage room. This modular commercial building is easy to relocate, providing flexibility and long-term savings to our customer.

    Republic-Bank
Republic Bank Modular Building Offers Convenient Banking to Hospital Visitors

The Republic Bank needed a branch that wouldn’t look out of place next to the local Jewish hospital and the surrounding landscape. We constructed a modular bank building to meet these needs, offering convenient banking for customers and those visiting the hospital. The customer gave up space to take advantage of a vacant lot beneath the viaduct, as the clearance was only 6 feet on either side of the prefab bank building. The office exterior was painted with an EIFS finish specifically made to match the hospital. We added an entrance portico to the existing modular bank to shelter customers using the ATM. It took under 60 days to complete this prefab commercial building.

    Inspirada-Featured
Inspirada Modular Sales Center Offers Mountainside View

The distinct architecture of this 1,872-square-foot prefab office building includes a 16-foot ceiling and features floor-to-ceiling windows to accentuate the scenic view of the mountains. The exterior of this unique commercial modular building consists of a quarter barrel roof with copper hi-rib steel covering, ledger-type canopies suspended by cables and a curved entry canopy. Since this prefab commercial building was built on a pad and pier foundation, it can easily be relocated to the customer’s next building site. This modular office building was constructed in just 44 days.

    Fielding-Homes
    Fielding Homes Prospective Homeowners

Nestled on top of a hill, this project comprises a 1,560-square-foot sales center and a 1,000-square-foot design center. The modular business building’s four offices, two bathrooms, kitchen, sales office and design center are partitioned by floor-to-ceiling glass panes. Fielding Homes was looking for an open, bright and airy space, so the ceilings were built at 9 feet, and there is LED recessed lighting throughout both buildings. In addition, sun tunnel tubular skylights were installed, allowing natural sunlight to come through the residential development. Both modern prefab commercial buildings feature 36-by-80-inch, 72-by-80-inch and 48-by-48-inch commercial glass windows. The sales center was designed to create a calm and inviting experience for clients during the home-buying process. The design center layout allows the client to easily choose finishes for their new home since all options are laid out in front of them.

    Sterling Ranch
Sterling Ranch Shows Off Housing Development

This 24-by-72-foot modular commercial building consists of a large showroom with custom displays. It includes a kitchen area, two ADA-accessible restrooms, office space and a storage room. It was built with large windows and glass storefront doors on both side walls to show off the housing development outside. The interior finishes include tape and textured walls, wood flooring and an exposed rafter ceiling. The exterior was painted with the color of the first phase of the housing development.

    Hidden Rock
Hidden Rock Sales Center Features Custom Paint and Decor

A developer of town and estate homes chose this 24-by-60-foot modular building to be used as a sales center for the Hidden Rock of Cave Creek residential community. The site of this prefab commercial building is located on the scenic mountainside of Cave Creek, Arizona. The building features two offices, a break room and a bathroom. Exterior features include HardiePanel stucco finish and a mansard roof. A temporary panel was built spanning the front and side of the building that includes wood accents, Cor-Ten steel and a custom vinyl wrap incorporating the developer’s project logo. The interior has upgraded finishes, tile and carpet flooring, custom paint and décor. Several large windows in the rear of the prefab commercial building allow for natural light and give prospective buyers a view of the properties.

    SUCCESS STORY

40’ GLO 12-Plex Stacked Dairy Processing Building

A container complex and modular building are being used as administrative and break spaces for a dairy processing facility. The complex comprises 12 8-by-40-foot shipping containers with six units on the ground floor level, six units on the second floor and an interior stairwell. The first floor includes a large open space that can serve as a large conference room. The prefab commercial building also boasts four private offices, two ADA-accessible restrooms, a janitor’s closet/mechanical room, a small kitchen and an administrative area with a waiting room. The second floor includes four private offices, a large bullpen area for departmental groups, a separate conference room space and a data closet. A containerized structure was critical for this application because the customer was limited by the location of this expansion. The modular commercial building came complete with all the required amenities. It was fully insulated and had fluorescent lighting, designer wallboard, commercial-grade carpeting, windows for natural lighting and data locations for their communications systems. The 48-by-70-foot commercial prefab building houses the lunchroom, locker rooms and restrooms.

The customer was limited on space in which to expand because of steep terrain; this meant they had to build up instead of out. We were able to provide the customer with the space they needed for their personnel. A crane was used to lift the second-floor units on 6-foot pillars to level them onto their building.

By using containers and by refurbishing an older office complex, we were able to save our customers thousands of dollars. Because the customer could rent a relocatable office space, the customer did not have to rent or purchase a permanent structure.
