Upon successful completion, our Core 4® Authorized Instructor Program will enable instructors to certify operators on boom lifts, scissor lifts, counterbalance forklifts and rough terrain forklifts. Trainees will receive comprehensive instruction on how to successfully present theory, coach, evaluate and test operators. Our Train the Trainer programs are not make or model specific; our training covers concepts common to most types of aerial lifts and forklifts.

As an extension to the Operator Certification program, the Train-the-Trainer curriculum is a proven method to start your in-house operator safety training programs.

Training Topics

Upon completion of this training program, you will be knowledgeable and demonstrate proficiency in:

• How to deliver a proven operator program
• Methods to coach new operators
• Techniques to evaluate their performance
• Precise training record management procedures

Successful attendees will receive a certificate of completion and United Academy Authorized Instructor wallet card.
