This learning program covers the theory and exam portions for 1a Push Around Vertical (PAV) + 3a Aerial Scissor + Boom lift Operator training using an interactive virtual presentation. The virtual classroom portion focuses on key information needed for the safe operation of a PAV, Aerial Scissor Lift & Boom lift.  The hands-on portion provides the opportunity to practice skills in a safe environment under the direct observation and coaching of our professional instructors. Operator skills will be evaluated using industry standards. The training is not make or model specific but covers concepts common to most types of PAV’s, Scissor lifts & Boom lifts.

Upon completion of this training program, you will be knowledgeable and demonstrate proficiency in:

• Main parts and their functions
• Safety systems
• Pre-use inspection
• Safe operating procedures
• Limitations
• Hazards and controls

Training requirements are: access to a computer, connection to the internet, and a basic knowledge of computers. This training must be successfully completed to attend the Practical Evaluation Program. A minimum of 70% is required to pass the theory test.

A web camera and functioning scanner are required for participation. A hands free device for your phone is highly suggested.

This training program focuses on the needs of the “end user”, and upon successful completion, will earn an operator's certificate and receive a wallet card.

This course is applicable to US and Canadian standards and regulations.
