  • Vehicle towing capacity should accommodate for selected equipment & trailer weight/dimensions
  • Vehicle should have a compatible style ball/hitch for selected trailer
  • Compatibility of wiring requirements for hitch and trailer

Process & Timeline

When you rent a temporary structure from United Rentals, we handle all aspects of the project, from site layout and logistics to takedown and removal. You can rely on our experts to manage the site visit and planning, delivery and installation, and maintenance and removal of your temporary structure rental.

Site Visit & Planning

  • Once we have made a proposal and an agreement, we send you a contract to sign to confirm the arrangement
  • United Rentals conducts a site visit to assess the site before installation
  • We then create a site layout plan based on our site visit and the project scope

Delivery & Installation

  • We safely and efficiently deliver your temporary structure rental from one of our nearby locations
  • United Rentals handles the entire installation of your structure, which typically takes 2 to 3 days
  • If requested, we also handle the delivery and installation of any additional rental accessories

Maintenance & Removal

  • Use your temporary structure throughout all seasons and in mild to severe weather conditions
  • If needed, we provide inspections and maintenance of your temporary structure throughout your rental period
  • When you’re done with your rental, we quickly take down and remove it from the site
