The HAZWOPER 2025 Refresher (8-Hour) course is an advanced certificate/card-level training designed to provide essential knowledge and training as prescribed by the OSHA standard for hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER) in 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(8) and corresponding construction (e.g. 29 CFR 1926.65(e) and state mandated requirements. 

Nearly all levels of employees engaged in clean-up operations are required to complete eight hours of refresher training annually. This specific training provides current content (2025) and supports a review of basic occupational safety and health principles learned during their initial 24-hour or 40-hour HAZWOPER certification training.
